Why choose Bangkok Tensoya
Combine several parcels into one shipment
Parcels bought from different shops can be packed into one box. Fewer boxes means lower shipping costs.
Photos when your parcel arrives
When your parcel reaches us, we send you photos. Even from far away, you can check how your parcel looks.
Support in Japanese and Thai
You can contact us in Japanese or Thai. Thai people living in Japan can also use our service with peace of mind.
Help with payment only
If you bought something yourself but cannot pay for it, we can pay on your behalf for an extra fee (100 baht per shop). If you want us to handle the purchase too, our group company Bangkok Benriya can help.
Before you start: 3 options
Bangkok Tensoya is a service in which you buy the goods and pay for them yourself. Choose from the 3 options below.
You buy and pay yourself
→ Bangkok Tensoya
Just buy and pay at a Thai online shop or store yourself, and set the receiving address on My Page as the delivery address. We forward the parcel to Japan.
You could buy, but cannot pay
→ Payment service (100 baht per shop)
If you cannot pay, for example because your Japanese card is not accepted or only Thai bank transfer is available, we pay for you (the price of the goods is charged separately). Please ask us through the contact form or official LINE with your member ID.
You want someone to buy and pay for you
→ Bangkok Benriya personal import service
