Payment Methods
You can pay by bank transfer, Wise or credit card. The payment methods are the same as those of our group company, Bangkok Benriya.
Available payment methods

| Credit card (via Payoneer) | VISA, Mastercard and American Express. A 5% processing fee is added (see below). |
* We do not accept cash payments.
What you pay for
- Shipping and handling: The amount shown on the estimate page is the total of shipping and handling fees. We will send you the final price after your parcel arrives and we measure its actual weight and size.
- Storage: Free for 1 month after your parcel arrives. After 1 month, 200 THB per month.
- Payment service fee (only if requested): 100 THB per shop you want us to pay. Paying the same shop several times is still 100 THB; each additional shop adds 100 THB (e.g. 2 shops = 200 THB). The price of the goods we pay for you is charged separately.
Payment flow

When your parcel arrives, we contact you with photos and measure its actual weight and size.
- 2Final price and payment details
We email you the final price and the payment details for the method you chose.
- 3Payment
Please pay the amount we sent you.
- 4Payment check and shipping
After we confirm your payment, we ship your parcel by the method you chose.
About payment details
We send bank account and Wise details to each customer together with the final price. For security reasons, they are not shown on this website.
* We only send payment requests by email (bangkok@tensoya.sawaddee.info) or from the official Bangkok Tensoya LINE account. Please be careful of suspicious messages from anyone else.

Prices and billing currency
Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB). We bill you in Japanese yen. We convert baht to yen using Mizuho Bank’s foreign currency exchange rate and tell you the amount to pay.
