• Membership information: name (in Roman letters), email address and password (stored encrypted; we cannot see it)
• Delivery address in Japan: name, postal code, address and phone number
• Forwarding requests: tracking number, shop or website name, product name, product page URL, quantity, price and product images
• Parcel information: photos, weight and size of parcels that arrive
• Payment information: payment method and images such as transfer slips; for the payment service, the shop’s payment QR code and bank details
• Contents of inquiries and communications by email or LINE
• Website usage records: IP address, browser type, cookies, etc.

You enter your credit card number on the page of the payment service (Payoneer), so we never receive it.

• Confirming and managing members
• Receiving, storing and shipping parcels, and preparing shipping labels and customs documents
• Billing, confirming payments and providing the payment service
• Notifying you of arrivals and shipments, and answering inquiries
• Preventing misuse and improving the service

4. When we share information with others

We do not give your personal information to others without your consent, except in the following cases.

• When we give your name, address, phone number, contents and value to delivery companies (Thailand Post, Japan Post, FedEx, etc.) and customs to deliver your parcel
• When we use banks and payment services (Wise, Payoneer, etc.) for payments
• When we give the necessary information to a shop for the payment service
• When we outsource work such as website hosting and sending emails to outside companies, to the extent needed to run the service
• When required by law

Because this service sends parcels to Japan, your personal information is handled in both Thailand and Japan.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. We delete information that is no longer needed.

6. Security

We take necessary measures, such as limiting who can access the data, to prevent personal information from being leaked, lost or altered.

7. Your requests

If you want to check, correct, delete or stop the use of your personal information, please contact us through the contact form. We will respond after confirming your identity. You can also change your name and delivery address on My Page.
